Meet and Greet for the 18-19 School Year

​​​Meet and Greet will be on August 3rd​. You will have the opportunity to meet your teachers, take a look around the school, drop off school supplies and have your school picure taken. In order to avoid overcrowding, please come in only during your alloted time.  The times have been planned out based on your students last name. 


 A-E 9:00am-10:00am

F-J ​10:00am-11:00am

Lunch Break  11:00am-Noon

K-O Noon-1:00pm

P-T 1:00PM-2:00PM

U-Z 2:00PM-3:00PM

Back to School Night is August 15th
There will be two sessions for back to school night.
1st session is from 5:00pm to 5:45pm 
2nd session 6:00pm-6:45pm

Class Assignments for the 18-19 School Year
​Online registration for the 18-19 school year will open on July 1st.  Each year, every family must go to the parent portal located at my.cherrycreekschools.org and complete the registration by clicking on the Parent Forms tile. We will be checking on July 9th to see if the Parent Forms are complete and communicate teacher assignments to all families who have completed their parent forms by this date.  For those who do not completed the parent forms by this date, your teacher assignment will be given to you at Meet and Greet on Friday, August 3rd​.

Kindergarten 2018-2019 Information
Kindergarten is a ​half day with AM and PM classes​.  BFHE does offer enrichment if you would like to have your student do a full day of kindergarten.
If you would like to sign up for enrichment please email schoolcareworks@cherrycreekschools.org to get a log in and password.
