Check In for the 17-18 School Year

The Cherry Creek School District requires that all families complete an online check in each school year. This form will be available for the 17-18 school year starting on July 1st.  To access this form please go to my.cherrycreekschools.org, log in and go to the "Parent Forms" tile. This online check in must be completed for each child in your family in order for them to attend BFHE. If you are new to the district you must click "Create New Account".

Teacher Assignments

​If your online Parent Forms are complete for the 17-18 school year, teacher assignments will be emailed out on July 7th. If you do not have these online forms complete,​ you will get your teacher assignment at Meet and Greet on August 4th. If you arrive at Meet and Greet and have not filled out your online forms ​​you will need to do so that day before you can receive a teacher assignment.

Meet and Greet and Back To School Night 2017-2018 School Year

Meet and Greet will be August 4th. You will be able to meet your teacher, drop off school supplies, find out what clubs/after school activities we offer and check out your childs classroom.
Please note to avoid congestion you will only be admitted for check in at your assigned time. The assigned time is based on the first letter of your students last name.

  • Dates, start times for 2017-2018 school year

    Be sure to double-check your children’s school calendars for the 2017-18 school year. In March, the Board of Education approved new start times to better align with adolescent sleep patterns. Elementary schools will start at 8 a.m. and release at 2:45 p.m., high schools will start at 8:20 a.m. and release at 3:30 p.m. and middle schools will start at 8:50 a.m. and release at 3:45 p.m.  As part of that process, the first day of school was also adjusted and winter break falls differently than in years past.

    Monday, July 10 – First day of school, Four-Track Calendar
    Monday, August 7 – First day of school, Transitional Calendar
    Monday, August 14 – First day of school, Traditional Calendar
    Oct. 16-27 – Fall Break, Transitional Calendar
    Oct. 23-27 – Fall Break, Traditional Calendar
    Dec. 25 - Jan. 5 – Winter Break, Four-Track Calendar (C and D Tracks)
    Dec. 25 - Jan. 8 – Winter Break, A Track, Transitional, Traditional Calendars
