 District Announcements

  • You're invited to District P.A.S.S. Meeting

CCSD parents and community members are invited to join the District P.A.S.S. Committee at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, November 28 at Grandview High School as they discuss Indigenous Heritage Month. The month was designated in 1990 to celebrate rich and diverse cultures, traditions, and histories and to acknowledge the important contributions of Native American peoples. P.A.S.S., which stands for Partnerships for Academically Successful Students, serves the purpose of engaging community members in meaningful and effective partnerships that lead to positive outcomes for all students, but more specifically, students of color. Get more info here.

  • Move to traditional calendar in 2019-20 school year

Starting in the 2019-20 school year, Aspen Crossing, Black Forest Hills, Buffalo Trail, Coyote Hills, Creekside, Dakota Valley and Mountain Vista elementary schools will move to a traditional calendar. This change is part of a larger effort to get all schools within the Cherry Creek School District on a unified calendar, a move that will help us better support students and families. Please see the 2019-20 calendar here.
